Welcome to Jili Designs. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.
1. General These terms apply to all visitors and customers of shop.jilidesigns.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Products We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept the following payment methods:
- South African customers: PayFast, EFT/bank transfer
- International customers: PayPal, credit/debit card, and international bank transfer (SWIFT)
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. International bank transfers may take 3–5 business days to clear before orders are dispatched.
5. Shipping & Delivery We ship both locally within South Africa and internationally. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country — these are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this site including images, logos and text belong to Jili Designs and may not be used without permission.
