1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. South African Shipping We ship nationwide across South Africa via our courier partners. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas may take longer
3. International Shipping We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:
- Africa: 5–10 business days
- Europe/UK: 7–14 business days
- USA/Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia/Asia: 10–21 business days
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight and size.
5. Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
6. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at care@jilidesigns.com
