Refund policy
At Jili Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-returnable items
- Sale/discounted items
- Items that have been used or washed
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at care@jilidesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
